Instructions to the Trainee 

  1. Qualification High school / registered doctor / health worker and other registered doctor will be given first preference for admission.
  2. Please fill the application form completely.
  3. Give the correct details of the required information being sought in the form.
  4. At the time of enrollment of the trainee, submit a self-attested photocopy of high school, Ka (mark sheet, sanad) Aadhar card, and identity card and four passport size color photographs will also have to be submitted.
  5. An entrance test can also be conducted by the institute for the admission of the registered trainees.
  6. In case of any wrong information given by the trainee, his enrollment will be canceled and legal action can also be taken against him by the institute for which he himself will be responsible.
  7. Fee will not be refunded in any way in case of cancellation of enrollment by the institute for any reason or cancellation of enrollment by the trainee himself.
  8. No stipend is payable during training.
  9. The training of trainees is completely in Hindi medium.
  10. Every month notes will be given by the institute to the enrolled trainee.
  11. If the trainee does not deposit the fees for any reason for three months, the enrollment of the trainee will be canceled automatically.
  12. Information will be sent on the mobile number given by the trainee in the institute.
  13. If the trainee changes his registered mobile number for any reason.
  14. So it will be mandatory to give written information to the institute and get a new mobile number registered in the institute.
  15. Non-compliance of the guidelines given by the institute can result in cancellation of the enrollment of the trainee.

During CMS&ED training, training will be given in Anatomy & Physiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, Public Health- Epidemiology, First Aid, Communicable Disease and other subjects along with WHO approved Allopathic Medicine. After doing CMS&ED course, the trainee will be authorized to do first aid with allopathic medicines prescribed by WHO.
